Our Chairman and CEO
Vincent LeVien has had a decades-long career in government and government relations consulting, serving as Director of External Affairs for DeSales Media Group and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens for 13 years. In this role, he has managed government and community affairs as a registered lobbyist at the city, state, and federal levels. Vincent was Lead Advance for four Presidents of the United States and worked as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli. He also served as Director of the 9/11 Emergency Task Force for then-New York State Senator Martin Connor, demonstrating his expertise in crisis management services.
As a Knight of Malta and a Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre, Vincent is deeply involved in his community. He is a Trustee of the Silver Shield Foundation and the NYS Troopers’ PBA widows and orphans fund, where he also holds a position on the Board of Directors. He is actively engaged with the Pave the Way Foundation, Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School, the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn, and the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation. Additionally, Vincent serves as a Director at the American Society of Workers’ Compensation Professionals (AMCOMP), further adding to his extensive background in logistics consulting. Mr. LeVien is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and is a member of both the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, where he also serves as an advisor. He provides advisory support to the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Navy Seal Foundation and the Joseph Lemm Memorial Foundation. From 2013 until 2015, he served as Board Chair for St. Rose of Lima Catholic Academy in Rockaway Beach, Queens.
